Terms of Service

“Prophetic Frequency” refers to the web design studio operated by Reuben Kora, based in the State of South Carolina, United States. You can reach us at hello@propheticfrequency.com.

We design, build, deploy, and host websites using modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Webflow, Framer, WordPress). Each engagement is quoted in a separate proposal or order confirmation that identifies the deliverables, price, and timeline; those specifics control in the event of any conflict with these terms.

The site also features artwork by Reuben Korasold through a separate Squarespace store. Purchases made on that store are governed by the store’s own terms and checkout flow.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, productized template builds are invoiced as a one-time build fee plus an ongoing monthly hosting subscription, both charged in US dollars. Custom engagements are invoiced according to the milestones specified in the relevant proposal.

Monthly subscriptions continue until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@propheticfrequency.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the then-current billing period; we don’t prorate mid-cycle refunds unless required by law.

To meet timelines we need timely feedback, copy, imagery, brand assets, and any third-party credentials we agree you’ll provide. If those inputs are delayed, the timeline shifts with them. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you give us to use.

Your brand, your content. All logos, copy, imagery, and brand assets you provide remain yours.

Delivered site. Upon full payment of the build fee, you receive a worldwide, perpetual license to use the delivered website for your business. Where a codebase is delivered, it is provided for use on your business domain; sublicensing or resale is not permitted.

Our toolkit. The underlying components, templates, methodologies, and tooling we use to build and maintain sites remain our property. We may reuse those patterns across other client work.

Artwork. All original artwork on the Site (including images in the Gallery) is copyright of Reuben Kora and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used for training datasets without written permission.

Sites we host run on third-party infrastructure (primarily Vercel). We target reasonable uptime in line with what those providers offer but do not guarantee any specific service level beyond what the underlying providers commit to. We are not liable for outages caused by those providers.

You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to break security, no scraping for competitive purposes, no submitting false or malicious content through the contact form, no uploading illegal material. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

The Site is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly set out in a written agreement. Links to third-party sites (e.g. our Squarespace store, Substack, social platforms) are provided for convenience; we’re not responsible for content on those sites.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prophetic Frequency’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content or materials you provide to us, or from your misuse of the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to that venue.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent update. If the changes are material, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify active clients. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
